  • How long does it take to get a quote?

We can provide an immediate quote when you call or email us with the pickup location, drop-off location, and any specific requirements you may have.
  • What forms of payment does Meesh Transportation accept?

Our accepted payment methods include all major credit cards, personal checks (in certain cases), bank cashier's checks, bank wire transfers, and cash.
  • Is there a less expensive option than the Sprinter series transporters?

Yes, we offer a more economical alternative. Our mid-range passenger van provides excellent value while still ensuring a clean, spacious, and comfortable journey.
  • How much does medical transportation cost?

The cost of medical transportation varies based on several factors including the mode of transport (air or ground), distance, and medical staff configuration. Given that prices can range from a few thousand to fifteen thousand dollars, we recommend speaking with one of our medical transportation specialists to determine the most suitable and cost-effective option for your specific needs.
  • Does my insurance cover the cost?

Insurance coverage for our services is rare. However, as policies frequently change, we suggest contacting us directly. We'll investigate all possibilities on your behalf to determine if any coverage is available.
  • How much does your service cost?

At Meesh Transportation, we strive to offer the most competitive pricing possible without compromising on the level of service you require.
  • Are all of your costs included or might there be additional charges?

Our quoted price is comprehensive, covering ground transportation, medical crew costs, equipment, and the transport itself. Any potential cost changes due to alterations in the patient's condition would be communicated and agreed upon prior to the transport.
  • What if the patient becomes unstable for transportation or passes away before the trip, will you charge me?

We understand these situations can occur. If the patient becomes unstable more than 24 hours before the planned transfer, we'll work with you to reschedule at no extra cost. For changes within 24 hours, a cancellation fee may apply, which can be credited towards a future transfer. If we've already positioned a vehicle, you'll only be charged for costs incurred up to that point.
  • What forms of insurance do you accept?

Generally, insurance doesn't cover state-to-state transport. We advise checking if your insurance provider offers reimbursement. If so, we can provide all necessary information to assist with your claim.
