All of our costs are included within our price: ground transportation, the cost of the medical crew, equipment, and the medical transport itself. Any changes to costs that might occur as a result of changing patient conditions would be made prior to a transport and with the full knowledge of the customer.

We understand that this can happen. It doesn't happen often, but when it does, Meesh Transportation doesn't want you to incur any charges, if possible. In most cases, if the patient becomes unstable and needs to delay the non emergency medical transportation trip more than 24 hours prior to the planned transfer, we will work with you to adjust the schedule. Within that 24-hour window, a cancellation charge would apply but could be credited to a later transfer. If it happens shortly before the trip and we have already repositioned a vehicle, you will be charged only the actual costs incurred up to that point.
